Sheila Shine, Inc the premier brand of Stainless-Steel Cleaner for over 60 years has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Sales Specialist to help us in our overall marketing and sales efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach sales targets for our well established brand of Cleaning products.

The candidate should be a competent professional able to grasp B to B and consumer trends and generate creative ideas for the expansion of our product line and increase sales through our established distribution channel. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts including Amazon and web based portals. The goal is to deliver effective marketing/sales programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products and applications
  • Through a mix of outbound and inbound emailing and calling, engage new prospective leads for potential business relationships
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for existing clients and excel at maintaining these and developing new relationships
  • Identify barriers of opportunity and collaborate with team to find solutions
  • Maintain awareness of competitive marketplace
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and detail of all account information in company database
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Basic understanding of industry sales cycle
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team-oriented atmosphere, collectively focused on meeting common sales goals
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Solid computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

· Jan San or Food Service sales and Marketing a plus.

  • Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Position will report to the owner
