Job DescriptionJob Description Silt Services, LLC is growing fast and looking for workers to join our team of Erosion Control Specialists. If you have a good attitude and work well with a team then this is the job for you! No experience necessary. Previous experience installing silt fence, other erosion controls, or skid steer/heavy machinery experience is a plus but not required. The main responsibility will be to participate in installation and maintenance of silt fence and other BMPs. Workers who demonstrate a strong work ethic will be considered for training on machines or as a crew lead. You must have your own transportation and being late will not be tolerated (6AM start daily). The job description includes but is not limited to: Installation and removal of silt fence Use of landscaping tools General labor Ability to work in any weather Must be able to regularly lift 55lbs. *some travel may be required Join our team and grow with us!
