Mandolin HVAC & Construction is hiring a sharp, decisive Inspector who thrives on keeping jobs moving, inspectors happy, and red tags off the board. Youll be out in the field daily, meeting city, state, or county inspectors on active job sitesacross plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and constructionto ensure we pass inspections the first time, every time.

What Youll Do

• Represent Mandolin on job sites during inspectionsbe the inspectors first and last impression.
• Verify that work is complete, code-compliant, and passable before the inspector ever steps out of the truck.
• Coordinate with managers, to keep timelines tight and inspections smooth.
• Close inspection loops quicklydocument outcomes, identify punch items, and escalate immediately when needed.
• Support all business unitsplumbing, HVAC, electrical, and constructionwherever an inspection is scheduled.
• Help drive quality, accountability, and speed on every project we touch.

What You Bring

• Experience in the trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or GC)or inspection experience a major plus.
• Strong understanding of inspection readiness and local building codes.
• Professionalism and presenceyoure cool under pressure and confident around officials.
• The ability to troubleshoot in the field and escalate when crews miss the mark.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally between job sites daily. (Some long days)
