Warehouse Superviosr trainee

Publicly listed and traded on NASDAQ under the ticker GCT; GigaCloud Technology Inc. offers a meticulously developed, technology-driven business-to-business platform coupled with a complete storage and fulfillment solution that serves large parcel retailers and ecommerce players around the world. The headquarters is in the City of El Monte. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are growing our warehouse and logistics department and are looking for Warehouse management trainees to joint our fast-growing team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
• Organizational Awareness: Ability to communicate effectively within internal management group, team members
• Bilingual: English and Chinese (Required)
• Forklift experience.
• Third party logistics distributor experience is a PLUS

工作内容：

在六个月到一年的培训期间，仓库经理和区域经理将发展，指导和培训个人掌握仓库物流行业所需的知识与技能。项目完成之后，个人将有效并高效的进行仓库管理工作。个人会分配到合适的管理岗位，薪资会提升到管理岗位水平。

中英文流利。

能够快速学习和适应快节奏的仓库管理环境。

善于思考和优秀的解决问题的能力，注重细节。

具备多任务处理的能力。

能根据公司业务发展需要调派到其他仓库（包含外州仓库）
