In this role, youll serve as the operational bridge between People Ops, IT, and other business functions both internally and externally to our department, ensuring alignment, reducing friction, and driving successful delivery of scalable systems and process improvements. You will bring structure to complexity, enabling strategic workforce and technology initiatives to land on time and with measurable value. Axons employees demonstrates an open mindset toward emerging technologies, including AI, and actively explores opportunities to enhance problem-solving, efficiency, and decision-making through AI-driven tools and approaches, we expect the humans in this role to lead from the front and exemplify this way of thinking and working.
