Rush Tax Resolution is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our fully remote team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the resolution phase of their tax cases. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your communication and organizational skills will make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the resolution phase.
· Educate clients on key tax issues related to their unique situations.
· Explain financial analyses prepared by tax professionals, including clients' income, assets, and expenses.
· Gather necessary documentation, communicate tax processes, and provide regular case updates to clients.
· Maintain consistent workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.
· Manage a pipeline of individual tax cases efficiently.
· Schedule appointments and maintain regular client communication via phone, email, and SMS.
