And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** Direct report to the Aetna Clinical Enablement (ACE) Director - Cross Program Oversight to ensure high quality support is provided to the ACE leadership team for financial, contracts, and overall project management needs. Development and maintainment of internal reporting to meet the needs of the ACE Sr. Leadership Team. This includes data gathering, presentation, and summarization to present to senior leadership. Tracking financial performance to budget / formal estimates, identifying risks and opportunities, summation of at appropriate level to review with senior leadership. Assisting the Director - Cross Program Oversight for all requests coming from Aetna Clinical Solutions (ACS). This includes assessment of, communication to senior leadership, tracking of progress, review prior to presentation to ACE VP, review with ACE VP, and submission to ACS Process owner for the ACE Change Control Process, assisting colleagues with submission, assessment as to readiness for submission to senior leadership, preparation of agenda, hosting meeting, and tracking of actions / approvals. Process owner for ACE component of ACS Colleague Feedback tool. Includes assessment of submissions, determination as to assignment, working with operations in terms of closure, and status follow-up with submitters. Assessment, submission, and tracking of all ACE external contracts, working closely with ACE contract owners, procurement, and contracts. This include monitoring status through to formal sign-off, purchase requisition / order creation, tracking of utilization and monitoring need for change orders. Working directly with Finance business partner for reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc requests. **Required Qualifications** Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills Experience / knowledge of financial processes such as modeling, forecasting and accruals. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. **Preferred Qualifications** Project Management Professional (PMP) Experience working within Ariba **Education** Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
