Rockford Silk Screen Process is looking for a motivated individual to join our Warehouse Team! We are hiring a candidate for Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Lead to learn, maintain and operate Warehouse/Shipping equipment as well as learn and manage Shipping and Receiving processes. You must be able to multi-task, being able to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will be expected to execute all production processes efficiently and abide by company quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage key relationships and negotiate freight rates with shipping merchants.
• Load and unload Inbound/Outbound trucks.
• Process order changes/cancellations.
• Determine the most efficient and economical method of shipping.
• Create shipping paperwork and schedule loads.
• Coordinate returns and reconcile inventory counts.
• Update all tracking spreadsheets daily.
• Assist in product inventory cycle counts.
• Manages incoming shipments based on Purchase Order anticipated delivery dates.
• Routes materials to specific staging areas pre-production.
• Organizes fulfillment needs alongside Production Manager (labor, materials, etc.)
• Organizes staged areas of completed production orders and fulfills and/or completes the shipping process as outlined.
• Manages outbound shipping orders.
• Enters tracking information into Odoo once orders have shipped.
• Receives incoming product correctly by utilizing barcodes to ID products, enter date received, lot numbers, etc.
• Manages inventory for min/maxes on raw and finished goods based on sales and forecasts.
• Manages inbound and outbound B/Os.
• Adds shipping costs to completed production orders.
• Follow established policies, procedures and objectives.
• Safely operate a forklift (following appropriate training).
• Perform general housekeeping.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Forklift trained a plus.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn.
