Job Details - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS Finance)
- Licensed CPA OR CPA Candidate***
- 2+ years of experience in business valuation, preferably within a forensic accounting, valuation, or consulting firm.
- Valuations will be with Small Businesses ($2-4M avg.)
- Valuation on Market Approach, Income and Asset Based approach
- Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and industry research techniques.
- Strong Proficiency in Excel (linking between sheets)
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate valuation findings and interact with clients.
