Sales Executive – Modular Power & Data (MPD) - Dane, WI

You’ll be selling UL-listed power distribution products—critical infrastructure for fast-growing sectors like data centers and industrial markets. These are not fleeting trends; they’re long-term, high-value industries where trusted sales professionals thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Sales and Account Management:
    • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and MPD’s manufacturer’s representative channel, ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, driving long-term partnerships and growth.
    • Monitor account performance and proactively address client needs to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
  2. Sales Opportunities:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Data Center and Industrial sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategies to position MPD products as the preferred solution in target markets.
    • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by leveraging market insights and innovative strategies.
  3. Customer Focus:
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and customer focus within the sales team.
    • Support larger and complex sales opportunities with MPD’s manufacturer’s representatives as needed.
    • Ensure alignment and coordination between sales efforts to maximize efficiency and impact.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales metrics to provide actionable insights.
    • Deliver clear, insightful reports to senior leadership, shaping business priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the power distribution products industry or a related field.
  • Five (5) years demonstrated success in selling UL-Listed power distribution products to Data Center and Industrial customers.
  • Expertise in managing strategic accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and build trust with strategic accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering teamwork and a culture of innovation.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools.
