Job Description

We’re seeking a self-motivated Sales Engineer to cover a multi-state territory including MN, WI, MI, PA, IL, IN, OH, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, LA, AR, MS, IA, MO, FL, and TX. This road warrior role is based within the region and requires 50%+ travel .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts through lead generation, cold calls, demos, and field events.
• Deliver compelling on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and provide detailed technical and financial proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams to convey customer needs and application requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales .
• Strong technical knowledge in industrial materials-processing .
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and operate demo equipment.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and strong driving record.
