Who you are:

As a Residential Review Appraiser, your opinion matters. You will provide opinions of value on residential real estate within the requirements of bank regulations and profession appraisal standards. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:

• Receives appraisal requests and determines the type of appraisal and report required based on bank regulations and the degree of credit risk
• Reviews residential appraisal reports by independent fee appraisers and reports findings and conclusions in written format
• Orders original and updated appraisals from fee appraisers; monitors status of orders, communicates with fee appraisers and bank officers to solve any order problems.
• Forms a final opinion of value on the properties appraised
• Attends related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques
• Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• Licensed residential appraiser

Additional preferred skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute
