Position Overview:

We are looking for Remote Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners (AGNP) to provide both synchronous and asynchronous virtual care. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver telehealth services via phone, video, chat, and connected devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations for urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health.
• Obtain patient histories, conduct virtual examinations, and diagnose common medical and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and communicate evidence-based treatment plans while providing comprehensive patient education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers through thorough charting and messaging.
• Deliver empathetic, high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in family practice, primary care, or urgent care (excluding orientation/training).
• Experience in telemedicine is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with video consultations.
• Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital tools for care delivery.

Licensure Requirements:

• Active and in-good-standing state licensure in at least 5 states (Full Practice Authority preferred).

Education and Certification:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) with a focus on Adult-Gerontology or Family Practice.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) from ANCC or AANP.

Additional Information:

• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (40 hours preferred).
• Flexibility to cover nights and weekends is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Flexible work-from-home schedule.
• Medical Weight Loss: $20 for synchronous 10 or 15 minute consults, $8 for asynchronous consults, $7 for patient no-show.
• Tele-Urgent Care/Specialty Services: $20 for synchronous 10-minute consults, $30 for 20-minute consults, $40 for 30-minute consults, $3-$8 for asynchronous consults/tickets, $7-$20 for patient no-show.
• Potential to earn up to $250,000 per year as a part-time contractor.
