Job Details for Remote Benefit Enrollment Agent

• Location: Remote (Must reside in PA, SC, AL, or TX)
• Pay: $21/hour + Bonuses
• Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required
• Hours of operation: 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM EST (Must have open availability during these hours)
• Duration: Seasonal | Ends in December
• Training: Paid, 2–8 weeks with 100% attendance required
• Equipment: Provided

Responsibilities for Remote Benefit Enrollment Agent:

• Handle inbound calls assisting customers with healthcare plan selection, enrollment, and renewals
• Upsell and cross-sell health-related products as appropriate
• Meet daily conversion and compliance goals with empathy and professionalism

Requirements for Remote Benefit Enrollment Agent:

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to type 35 WPM
• Previous sales, customer service or call center experience required
• Reliable wired internet connection required (no satellite or hotspot internet; no T-Mobile Home Internet or Viasat accepted)
• Must reside in PA, SC, AL, or TX
