🚨 We’re Hiring! Recruiter – Cranston, RI (On-site) 🚨

Location: Manpower – Cranston, RI

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site daily)

Are you a driven and experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in your staffing career? Manpower’s Cranston office is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team!

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process 
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with our team to meet staffing goals and deadlines

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, with a strong focus on manufacturing and skilled trades
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for helping people find meaningful work
