Dive deep into user needs, and conduct user research and analysis to conceptualize and build delightful experiences on TikTok through continuous iteration and experimentation. Be responsible for product success from end-to-end, including ideation, design, build, test, launch, and measure post-launch. Educate and influence leaders and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in on product strategy and roadmap. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in collaboration with various teams. Empathy for TikTok users and creators, balancing their needs to create delightful product experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies for data analysis, user research, and product management. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate in product design and development. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by employment type and location.
