We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to specifications. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Set up and prepare printing presses for daily production runs, including installing plates, adjusting ink, and loading paper or other materials.
Monitor print jobs throughout the production process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and quality control standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve press issues such as jams, misfeeds, or ink problems to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on press equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Review job tickets and production instructions to verify job requirements and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and safety standards.
