About the Role:
Join Insparisk LLC as a MEP Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of MEP systems at a central location located near Detroit MI.
• Visually inspect building envelopes including walls, ceiling, and flooring for any defects and research remaining useful life.
• Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports using client's software.
• Provide expert recommendations for improvements and compliance measures.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior inspectors.
• Includes travel stipend

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP inspections, general contracting or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
