Mechanical Assistant

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a well-known manufacturing company in the Rahway, NJ area, is seeking Mechanic Assistants to join their team. This opportunity offers tremendous growth and learning opportunities.

Mechanical Assistant
Job Summary:

• Pay: $25-$30
• Shifts Available: Monday through Thursday
• 7:30am to 6:00pm

 

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine what kind of maintenance is needed
• Daily communication with machine operators for any issues or irregularities
• Recommend preventative maintenance
• Perform emergency repairs
• Understand how to diagnose machines properly
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work on miscellaneous assignments as required

Mechanical Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or trade school certificate
• 0-1 years of experience
• Recent graduate from trade school
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
