Job Description

Carolina PRG has partnered with a leading global technology solutions provider to identify a US Product Marketing Specialist. The company is seeking someone who can strengthen their brand presence, lead targeted marketing initiatives, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Increase brand awareness across key industries.
  • Manage social media content, including marketing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, recruitment events, and training sessions in North America.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, customer emails, videos, and banners.
  • Support product positioning and messaging with technical and sales teams.
  • Maintain alignment with global marketing strategy and branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary marketing tools and content.
  • Assist with CRM reporting and data accuracy.
  • Track marketing budgets and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on marketing activities and ROI.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of the company’s website and digital presence.
  • Coordinate promotional activities for educational programs and events.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Follow internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Travel

  • Domestic and occasional international travel may be required, with advance notice provided when possible.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or advanced certification in Marketing or Business is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant marketing experience required
