Role Description We seek a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to collaborate with our Data Scientists and Engineers, supporting Federal use cases. The ideal candidate is a technologist with excellent communication skills, a passion for data, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Design and develop machine learning models to meet business needs. Analyze large datasets to extract insights. Integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems. Optimize models for performance and accuracy. Implement data pipelines for machine learning workflows. Evaluate models using appropriate metrics. Document processes and results for reproducibility. Deploy models to production and monitor performance. Stay updated with AI research and trends. Support an Agile development lifecycle. Contribute to the growth of our AI & Data Exploitation Practice. Qualifications Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or No degree with 9+ years of relevant experience. Professional certification relevant to the role. Ability to hold a position of public trust with the US government. 2-4 years industry experience with ML/AI solutions. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong Python programming skills. Understanding of statistical methods and algorithms. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Experience with Git and CI/CD practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information The salary range is $115,000 to $150,000, influenced by location, education, skills, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
