What You Will Do: Be a member of a dynamic, supportive, and talented in-house legal team with diverse experience and capabilities. Act as a trusted cross-functional partner who understands the business, provides practical solutions, and actively participates in achieving company objectives while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Draft, negotiate, interpret, and advise on various commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements (e.g., goods and services, professional services, consulting, technology, licensing, SaaS, and construction services). Roles and Responsibilities: Draft, negotiate, interpret, and advise on commercial contracts. Manage disputes related to contractual relationships. Develop and improve templates, processes, and tools. Conduct legal training for business teams on relevant topics to foster legal awareness and ethical practices. Requirements: Juris Doctor Degree Admitted to the Florida bar and in good standing Approximately 5+ years of experience in transactional legal matters Strong contract drafting, negotiating, and interpreting skills Knowledge of legal research, risk management, and dispute resolution Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities This job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned.
