What You’ll Own: 

  • 85% Leadership – Recruit, coach, and develop a team of CSMs 
  • 15% Sales Impact – Build your own book of business and lead by example 
  • Conduct in-person check-ins, ride-alongs, and host team sales meetings 
  • Drive pipeline activity, deal velocity, and KPI execution across your team 
  • Collaborate with pricing, ops, and account management to deliver exceptional service 
  • Build the region’s performance roadmap and be a brand ambassador in-market 

What You Bring: 

  • 5+ years in 3PL/freight brokerage experience, with 2+ years leading teams 
  • Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and growing top sales talent 
  • Strong personal sales acumen and industry expertise (FTL, LTL, high-value freight) 
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred) and process-driven leadership 
  • You thrive in the field, move fast, and don’t wait for permission to win 

Compensation + Rewards: 

  • Bonus Commission % of GP on all business from day one (excluding house accounts) 
  • Additional Bonus Incentives for Revenue Growth: % of GP if your team exceeds 20% revenue attainment 
  • Tiered Bonus Attainments based on team KPIs and revenue/profit targets
