Job Details This role supports a range of financial operations in a people-focused, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and proficient with accounting software and office tools. Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices using a paperless system
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements, investigating discrepancies
• Enter weekly timesheets for 100+ employees
• Process lien releases and credit card transactions
• Enter weekly billing and expense reports
• Support preparation of recurring reports and assist with month-end close
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients
• Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
• Liaise with senior managers to address requests and queries
• Assist in developing process workflows and ERP system transition
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles
• Familiarity with statement reconciliation processes
• Competence with standard office equipment
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Paperless, or Trimble Vista software
• Background in construction accounting, WIP accounting, or union reporting
