Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Corporate

Location: City of Industry, CA

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Structure: 100% on-site for the first 90 days; hybrid option available thereafter

About the Role

LHH is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's corporate team. This role will support the President’s office and other senior leaders, with the VP of HR currently covering some of these responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR strategy, analytics, and leadership support within large, recognizable organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the President’s office and corporate leadership on HR strategy and execution
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and follow-up action planning
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to identify and address skill gaps
• Drive succession planning, compensation analysis, and performance review processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide leadership coaching
• Deliver data-driven insights through HR reporting and analytics
• Champion talent management and career pathing initiatives
• Support union avoidance strategies (recent union/labor relations experience should not be present on resumes)

Qualifications

• Experience in CPG or aerospace industries
• Background in companies with $50M+ in revenue and 300+ employees
• Proven ability to guide executive leadership in HR matters
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
• Expertise in employee engagement, compliance, and leadership development
• Demonstrated success in strategic HR planning and execution
