What will you be doing?

• Managing the daily operations of one of the top German Bakery, Pastry and Deli Restaurant and Retail Store in the United States
• Manage and train personnel on the fine-art of German Bread Making and Pastries.
• Work closely with the owner on continuing to grow the business.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude  
• Experience managing food & beverage retail operations
• Extensive knowledge and experience with German food products in particular breads and pastries.
• Work schedule flexibility .
