Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join their dynamic team. As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting the production and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator/Material Handler
Location: Williamsport, PA
Pay Range: 23.14 per hour
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a, on a 2/2/3 schedule
What's the Job?
Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently within the manufacturing facility
Handle and organize materials to ensure smooth production flow
Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to dress code standards
Assist with inventory management and proper storage of materials
Follow safety protocols and wear provided hearing, eye protection, gloves, and orange sweatshirt
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to pass a 7-year background check with no felonies
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic understanding of manufacturing environments is a plus
