At ABC & LOL, LLC we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Our team of compassionate educators ensures that every child is given the tools they need to thrive, learn, and grow. We are currently looking for a reliable and flexible Float to join our team and support our staff in delivering exceptional care to our young learners.

Duties

As a Float , you will be responsible for providing coverage across various classrooms and age groups within our center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is adaptable to different situations. You will be supporting classroom activities, helping maintain a safe and supportive environment, and assisting with the daily needs of children. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and want to contribute to the development and well-being of young children

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred but will train the right candidate
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Be willing to complete all necessary trainings
• A clear background check and references are required.
