As their next Finance Manager , you’ll take the wheel on the financial operations of a newly launched business line. What You’ll Be Driving: Total financial ownership of a fast-growing vertical—revenue, cost structure, and investment strategy. Forecasting, modeling, and reporting that’s not just accurate—but influential. Deal structuring and pricing models that balance ambition with sustainability. Process design and automation that make their financial operations as smart as their technology Collaboration with teams across product, sales, IT, HR, and beyond—because finance is the business partner here. You’ll Thrive Here If You: Speak fluent spreadsheet and storytelling—Excel mastery is a must, but you know numbers only matter when they drive decisions. Have a track record of shaping financial strategy in high-growth, high-change environments. Can walk into ambiguity, map out the unknown, and build scalable frameworks from scratch. Are energized by cross-functional work and know how to align diverse teams around shared financial goals. You Bring: ~6+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business partnering roles. ~ A strong grasp of financial mechanics (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet) and how to leverage them to scale smart. ~ A Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA a plus). ~ Power BI or CPM tools like Hyperion or OneStream?
