We are is helping our client find a Labeling Analyst to help deliver data labels to its Perception, Motion Planning, and other machine learning teams for training and evaluation.

In this role, you will work closely with manual labeling efforts and infrastructure teams to create a data-centric ecosystem that is needed to develop real-time, safety-critical models for autonomous driving. Additionally, you will collaborate across operational and technical teams to help identify/correct issues and support other labeling-related tasks as needed.

Please note this role is on a hybrid schedule. Candidates will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week and must be based in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

As a Labeling Analyst, you will:

  • Review labels using internal and third-party tooling to identify defects, mislabeling, or unlabeled items.
  • Update issue trackers, summarize findings, and write reports.
  • Follow up with internal and third-party partners to resolve quality issues.
  • Help with other tasks as needed (e.g. selecting suitable logs for labeling, generating analytics on the QA process, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of data labeling or similar experience
  • Experience with automation, collaboration with the engineering team, and process improvement
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite (Docs and Sheets) and operating web-based tools
  • Basic data analysis skills, such as the ability to aggregate statistics in Google Sheet
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to correctly interpret high-level acceptance criteria guidance and apply it to label review
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment across various functional domains, both operational and technical
