*Job Description* We are seeking an experienced *Data Center Technician* with strong skills in *fiber optics* and *structured cabling*. The ideal candidate will have *3+ years of experience in commercial data center environments*, with the ability to *terminate jacks and RJ45 connectors* and accurately *distinguish color codes*.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
* Perform hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
* Collaborate with team members and follow project timelines.
* Work in confined spaces and at heights (up to 20 feet).
* Lift and move up to *50 lbs. regularly* and *25 lbs. frequently*.
* Maintain regular and on-time attendance.
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach regularly.
* Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet.
* Willingness to work in tight spaces and versatile environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
