As a
Customer Service Representative - Agency Support , you'll play a vital role in ensuring our agency partners receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance. You'll handle new and renewal business through our innovative paperless bond systems, prep outgoing policy materials, and support agents using our electronic platforms and website. Your day might include generating invoices, sending continuation certificates, helping with endorsements, or retrieving credit reports for our Underwriting team. You'll also be trusted with creating new bond and credit files and assisting with correspondence and audit materials. Every detail matters-and your work helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

To succeed as our
Customer Service Representative - Agency Support , you'll need at least a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a couple of years of experience in a similar role. You'll bring with you a sharp eye for detail, comfort with administrative tasks, and a desire to make every interaction a positive one.
