Your Role:
As Culinary Director, you will be at the heartbeat our of kitchens, overseeing the culinary vision across all of our concepts. You will:
-Lead and inspire a talented team of chefs and culinary staff, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
-Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase innovation while honoring the rich culinary traditions of our diverse offerings
-Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation across all locations
-Stay ahead of culinary trends and integrate fresh ideas into our concepts, keeping our offerings exciting and relevant
What We're Looking For:
-A seasoned culinary professional with a minimum of five years in a leadership role within a high volume, mutli-concept environment
-A proven track record of developing successful menus and driving culinary experience
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team
-Exceptional creativity and a passion for food that translates to innovative dishes
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
