Location:
St. Michael, Snohomish St. Michael Catholic School is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to support the school's financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and aligned with our mission of forming future saints who are fully alive in Christ. This role ensures financial transparency and accuracy, supporting both the principal and pastor with key financial data and reporting. Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Process staff and teacher payroll and ensure timely submissions
• Create and manage Personnel Request Forms (PRFs) for staffing changes
• Prepare and send weekly financial snapshots to the principal and pastor
• Process invoices, deposits, and vendor payments
• Monitor and track tuition and other income streams
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports as needed
• Support budgeting, audits, and reporting processes
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Catholic values in all financial dealings

? Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel (Google Sheets a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and strong in written/verbal communication
• Experience in non-profit or school finance preferred
• Familiarity with Archdiocesan processes a plus
• Committed to the mission and values of Catholic education

Working Hours & Schedule:


21 hours (3 days) per week



Compensation:

• $24-$28/hour Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
